My path into the healing arts began with the body, learning to listen to the subtle rhythms and to the pulse of life that speaks in sensation and stillness.

Through remedial massage and biodynamic craniosacral therapy, I discovered the body’s intelligence—an ancient wisdom that knows how to return us home when we remember how to listen.

This deepening relationship with the body led me to the Arvigo® Maya Abdominal teachings and Fertility Awareness practice, where I began to understand the sacred cycles that live within all of life. It awakened in me a reverence for the sacred Feminine, its creativity, its mystery, its capacity to heal.

In time my work began to evolve, guided by my own journey through autoimmune illness and anxiety I came to see how the body and psyche are inseparable expressions of one great intelligence, each mirroring the other in the language of symbols and sensation.

Today, as a trauma-informed life coach, astrologer, and somatic healer, I weave together body based wisdom and soul-centred guidance. I love helping others decode the messages of their body and soul, dissolve old patterns, and align with their true essence.
