I began my journey into the healing arts as a remedial massage therapist, following a strong calling to work with the body. As my practice evolved, I was drawn to biodynamic craniosacral therapy, which deepened my connection to the body’s innate intelligence and capacity to heal.

This unfolding path led me to train as an Arvigo® Maya Abdominal therapist—an experience that became a turning point in both my personal and professional life. For the first time, I received empowering education about the female body and the wisdom held within our womb cycles, knowledge we’re so rarely taught. Inspired by this, I continued my studies to become a Fertility Awareness Educator, supporting clients in enhancing fertility and cultivating healthier cycles and a deeper connection with their bodies.

Through this work, a profound calling awakened in me: a desire to reclaim and honour sacred feminine wisdom. This naturally guided me to begin facilitating women’s circles and wellness retreats, creating spaces for deep healing and connection.

My path has also been shaped by my own healing journey through autoimmune conditions and panic disorder. I understand firsthand the challenges of living with chronic illness. It was through slowing down, reconnecting with my body and the rhythms of nature, and doing deep inner work that I began to reclaim my health and vitality. This personal healing journey deepened even further when I trained as a trauma-informed life coach and evolutionary astrologer, bringing together body-based wisdom with soul-aligned guidance.

This is the heart of my work: to support you in alchemising pain and suffering into a life of greater freedom, abundance, and joy.
