My path into the healing arts began through the body. First as a remedial massage therapist, then training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy — a modality that profoundly changed the way I worked. I discovered a deeply intelligent force within and around the body that knows how to heal.

As my work continued to evolve, I found myself training in Arvigo (Maya Abdominal) Therapy, and a whole new world opened. Women arrived seeking support with fertility challenges, irregular or painful cycles, fibroids and endometriosis. It became clear how many of us, myself included, were disconnected from our bodies, our natural rhythms and from the sacred feminine.

Alongside this I trained as a Fertility Awareness practitioner to further support my clients. I hadn't planned to specialise in women's wellness, it was as though some deeper part of me was guiding me towards it. Perhaps because I was soon to go through my own initiation, through chronic health conditions and panic attacks.

This is what led me to trauma informed coaching and astrology. These trainings not only supported my own healing but became the foundation of the work I now offer.

My work comes not only from two decades of training but from my own personal descents into the underworld. Through this I've been brought into closer communion with the natural world, the cosmos and my own wild, soulful self.

The essence of my work is guiding women through their own healing journeys — to trust in their bodies, themselves and in the process. To remember their magnificence and find the courage to share their unique gifts with those around them and with the greater world.
