My path into the healing arts began with the body.

Through massage and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, I entered a gateway into the body’s intelligence — an ancient wisdom that knows how to return us home when we remember how to listen.

With this deepening relationship with the body I felt intuitively drawn to train in Arvigo® Maya Abdominal Therapy and Fertility Awareness. These teachings awakened within me a reverence for the Sacred Feminine, and a calling to bring her wisdom into balanced relationship with the Sacred Masculine.

I began to specialise in women’s reproductive and sexual health, supporting those with fertility challenges and menstrual cycle imbalances through education and womb healing. From this, sacred women’s circles and retreats naturally unfolded — it felt as though this work found me.

Over time, my work continued to evolve, initiated by my own healing journey with autoimmune conditions and anxiety. I came to see how my body and soul were in constant communication with me, offering information and pathways back toward wholeness.

Today, as an astrologer, coach, and somatic healer, I weave together bodywork and soul-centred guidance. I’m deeply drawn to earth-based wisdom, symbolic language, archetypes, and the mythical realm — and to how these ancient ways guide and support us in healing and remembering who we truly are.
