Arvigo (Maya Abdominal) Therapy

Is a gentle yet profound massage technique rooted in ancient Maya tradition and science.

This non-invasive, external massage focuses on the health and position of abdominal and pelvic organs. It promotes optimal blood, lymph, nerve, and chi flow to support reproductive health, digestive health, and overall wellness.

During your session you’ll learn self-care techniques, including how to perform the abdominal massage on yourself and the applications of castor oil packs for added support.

Arvigo Therapy was developed by Dr. Rosita Arvigo, a Naprapath who trained in herbal medicine, spiritual healing, and traditional abdominal massage with the renowned Maya healer Don Elijio Panti. Rosita also studied with midwives and traditional healers in Mexico, deepening her focus on herbal medicine, spiritual healing, and women’s health.
