What happens in a typical session?
Together we’ll explore what’s currently present for you, be it physical discomfort, emotional pain, or life transitions, and move at a pace that honours your body and your boundaries. The focus is on reconnecting with your inner wisdom while gently supporting authentic and aligned change.
Do I need to have a specific issue to work on?
Not at all. Some clients come with a clear challenge, while others simply feel called to begin inner work. I’ll meet you where you are.
Is this therapy?
No, this isn’t traditional talk therapy. Coaching sessions are somatic, meaning they include the body - which holds your experiences, emotions, and patterns. As a trauma-informed coach, my role is to guide you in accessing your own wisdom and inner resources.
I incorporate Parts work, nervous system regulation, and embodiment practices to help you feel safer in your body and expand your capacity to process and integrate past experiences. Where supportive, I may also offer biodynamic craniosacral therapy and astrology consultations to provide deeper insight into your unique challenges, strengths, and life purpose.
While this work can feel deeply therapeutic, it is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment.
What if I don’t consider myself spiritual or into astrology?
That’s completely okay. All elements of the session are optional and adapted to your needs and preferences. Astrology is only included when it feels relevant and welcomed.
How long is a session and how often should I come?
Initial consultations are 90 minutes, with follow-up sessions either 60 or 90 minutes. Frequency varies depending on your goals and intentions, some clients come weekly, others monthly or seasonally.
