Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on therapy that supports the body’s natural ability to heal, self-regulate, and release long held patterns of tension and pain.

This gentle treatment addresses the physical, emotional, and energetic levels of your system. It helps regulate the nervous system, ease discomfort, and invites a deep sense of rest and stillness.

During a session, I use light, therapeutic touch, often around the head, spine, and sacrum—to attune to the body’s inherent intelligence. Rather than trying to fix or force the process, I hold a quiet, grounded space that allows your body’s own wisdom to emerge.

Craniosacral Therapy is a powerful practice of deep listening, offering your system the space to reorganise, and find its unique path toward healing.
